Weight loss Journey

Started my weight loss journey today. I want to lose 20 pounds in the next 5 months, so I can be at the minimum weight for my height into the Air Force.  After 25 mins of working out my legs hurt. I will be working out everyday Mon-Fri from 12-1 pm until I can workup the stamina to keep going longer.

My Goal of 144
Currently at 164
